A Viaje pra Gramado does not make sales directly, does not process payments e does not issue vouchersThese are the responsibilities of the partner platforms responsible for the sale.


2. RESPONSIBILITY FOR CANCELLATION

Requests for cancellation, date change, exchange or refund must be carried out directly with the platform responsible for the sale or with the attraction purchased, according to the rules established at the time of purchase.

Sales on this site are handled by third-party platforms such as Planne e Parksnetwhich have own cancellation and refund policies.


3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Cancellation conditions vary according to:

  • The acquired attraction;

  • The date of the event or service;

  • The type of entry or experience;

  • The rules of the platform responsible for the sale.

4. DEADLINES AND REIMBURSEMENTS

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6. NO-SHOW

If the User does not show up on the scheduled date and time (no-show) could result in total loss of the amount paidViaje pra Gramado will not be liable for any refunds, in accordance with the policy of the attraction and the platform responsible for the sale.


7. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE SUPPLIER

Any changes to the date, time, program or cancellations made by the attraction or supplier will be communicated in accordance with the policy of the platform responsible for the sale.

A Viaje pra Gramado is not responsible for by suppliers' operational decisions, but can act as information channelwhen possible.
