USAGE POLICIES:

• Seating: Maximum 4 people.
• Reservations: Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• Itineraries: Customers have the flexibility to customize the itinerary according to their preferences, upon advance request and approval of availability.
• Tickets: Not included in the package.

• Vehicles: The private tour is conducted in a comfortable vehicle, such as a Toyota Yaris or Virtus, subject to availability.
• Lunch: The tour package does not include lunch. There will be a stop at a local restaurant, where clients will have the opportunity to enjoy the regional cuisine. The cost of the meal is not included in the tour price.
• Hotel pick-up: Your time will be informed one day in advance by WhatsApp or phone call.
• Please note: This tour does not take place on 25/12/2024 and 01/01/2025.
• If you don't show up on time, your service will be automatically canceled and your reservation will be considered a no-show (no refund).
• Locations: Customers must arrive at the departure location at the scheduled time.
• The operator of this service reserves the right to cancel the service, which it will do with prior notice, except in the event of unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, in which case the tour may be canceled at any time.
• Regardless of weather conditions, the service will take place as normal. Cancellations will only be made in cases of force majeure and the client will be informed as soon as possible.
• To take the tour, the customer must carry an original photo ID, such as ID and/or driver's license. Present your printed voucher or the one saved on your mobile device to the person in charge of the service.
