    Viaje pra Gramado acts as intermediary in the promotion and marketing of tourist attractions<\/strong>including parks, tours, experiences and restaurants, through affiliate programs and third-party sales platforms<\/strong>.<\/p>

    A Viaje pra Gramado is not the payment operator<\/strong>, does not issue vouchers<\/strong> e does not directly perform the services purchased<\/strong>, This is limited to publicizing the attractions and redirecting the User to the official sales environments of the partner platforms.<\/p>

    3. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND PAYMENT PROCESSING<\/h2>

    Purchases made through this site are processed entirely by third-party sales and payment platforms<\/strong>, such as Planne<\/strong> e Parksnet<\/strong>, which are the solely responsible<\/strong> by:<\/p>

        • Cancellations, changes or unavailability of attractions;<\/p><\/li>

        • Quality, execution or delivery of the services purchased;<\/p><\/li>

        • Refunds, reversals or commercial policies of partner platforms.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          6. USE OF THE SITE AND USER CONDUCT<\/h2>
